TECHNICAL FAQ
Questions for application planning
Why are separate head and tail adhesives used?
Head bonding supports V-groove and lid fixation, while tail bonding secures the fiber exit and manages assembly strain.
What is the difference between TZ-FAT-206 and TZ-FAT-208?
TZ-FAT-206 and TZ-FAT-208 target different tail-support profiles. Their hardness values use Shore A and Shore D respectively, so the numerical ranges are not directly comparable.
What assembly information should be provided?
Provide the substrates, geometry, dispensing method, cure access, alignment requirement and reliability tests.
